 Throughout these Terms, “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Benefit Recovery. By using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms, as well as all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Products & Orders

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

  • Product descriptions, prices, and availability may change at any time without notice.

  • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order placed with us, including cases of suspected fraud or misuse.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are packaged and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

  • Standard delivery times are:

    • Australia: 3–6 business days

    • Australia Express: 1–4 business days

    • New Zealand: 5–10 business days

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or regional locations.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition (excluding final sale items, rental products, and hygiene products such as opened BreathFit nose dilators).

  • Faulty or incorrect products may be returned for a full refund, replacement, or store credit.

5. Payments

  • Payment must be made in full at checkout.

  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods shown at checkout.

  • All payments are processed securely.

6. Warranties & Liability

  • We do not guarantee that our products will meet every individual’s personal expectations.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Benefit Recovery is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

  • Australian Consumer Law (ACL): Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of Queensland.
