At Benefit Recovery, we aim to dispatch all orders quickly and provide clear delivery information.

Dispatch Times

  • Orders are packaged and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Times

  • Australia (Standard): 3–6 business days

  • Australia (Express): 1–4 business days

  • New Zealand (Standard): 5–10 business days (courier dependent)
    Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or regional delivery schedules.

Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping is included on all orders within Australia and New Zealand.

  • Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.

  • Shipping costs for large or special orders may vary. Please contact us directly for a quote.

International Orders

At this stage, we only ship to Australia and New Zealand. We do not currently ship to other international destinations.
