At Benefit Recovery, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, our team is here to help.
Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.

You can choose either:

A refund to your original payment method, or
-
A store credit for future use.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange for a replacement, store credit, or refund — and cover return shipping costs.

Exclusions
We cannot accept returns on:

Used BreathFit nose dilators (for hygiene reasons)

Items marked as Final Sale, unless faulty

Rental products, unless faulty
Return Address
We will provide the return address once your request is approved. (For privacy and security reasons, returns are not sent directly without authorisation.) Please use a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked items.
Processing Times

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of the item being received and inspected.
Store credits are issued within 24 hours.
