Meet Josh Vella – a family man with a passion for health, fitness and living an active lifestyle. Whether it’s training in the gym, going for a run or jumping on the bike for a cycle, Josh knows firsthand the impact recovery has on performance and overall wellbeing.

Meet Lindsay – A dedicated gym goer who also loves a good run, he understands the grind of consistent training. Lindsay brings a powerful mix of discipline, drive and passion to the team. With a professional boxing win under his belt, Lindsay knows firsthand the toll performance can take on the body and the importance of proper recovery in sustaining it.
