At Benefit Recovery, we stand behind the quality of our products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept returns on most items within 7 days of delivery, as long as:
The item is unused, unworn and in its original packaging
You provide proof of purchase
You can choose either:
A refund to your original payment method, or
A store credit for future use
Note: Shipping fees are non refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement, store credit or refund, plus cover the return shipping.
We may request:
Photos of the item and packaging
A brief description of the issue
How to Request a Return or Refund

Send an email to Info@benefitrecovery.com.au with:
Your order number
Reason for the return
Any relevant photos (if applicable)
Our team will get back to you within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Exclusions
Please note, we are unable to accept returns on:
Used BreathFit nose dilators (for hygiene reasons)
Items marked as final sale, unless faulty
Rentals, unless there is a product fault
Return Shipping Address
You will be provided with a return address once your return is approved. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
Processing Times
Once your return arrives and is inspected:
Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days
Store credits are issued within 24 hours
