I trialled these after a marathon and bought myself a pair while I was in them because of how good they were. 6 different settings had me trying which ones best benefitted my legs and I found 1, 2 and 4 were my favourites.

I found that 140-150 pressure for 70min is perfect to recover my legs perfectly. You can also turn off certain sections of the pants if you want to just focus on the calves or the quads..

Tried different types of Compression boots over the years in Recovery centres. Came across the team and their boots at an event and couldn’t fault. I ended up buying some and have been nothing but awesome. They have the highest pressure I’ve ever come across and you can also isolate chambers depending on where you want to target. 10/10
