3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days (AU/NZ); international times vary.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items (excluding final sale, rental, and hygiene items like BreathFit once opened).

  • Faulty or incorrect products may be returned for a full refund, store credit, or replacement.

5. Payments

  • Payment must be made in full at checkout.

  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other methods displayed at checkout.

  • All payments are processed securely.

6. Warranties & Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Benefit Recovery is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

  • Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and disputes shall be handled in the courts of Queensland.
